rajtilakjee's touch, a Python implementation of the Unix touch command for Windows, creates files and updates timestamps without overwriting contents. Version 0.1.0 supports multiple files, quoted paths, and non-zero exit codes on failure. It requires Python 3.14 or later and has no runtime dependencies.
