CYGNVS launches AI incident command center

CYGNVS launched an AI Incident Command Center for crises caused by a company's own AI deployments, covering biased outputs, hallucinations, data leakage, and rogue autonomous agents. The platform operates in an isolated environment so the AI under investigation cannot detect or manipulate the response. The OECD recorded 596 AI incidents in January 2026 alone, a 200% year-over-year increase.
