DoorDash Launches AI Text Ordering in Apple Messages

DoorDash opened a US waitlist for an AI assistant that takes food orders through Apple Messages, letting users text cravings and check out without opening the app. The assistant uses past purchases and saved payment methods, and builds on Ask DoorDash, launched in the app in June. Android support is coming soon.
