Grok Build CLI Sends Secrets to xAI

xAI's Grok Build CLI (version 0.2.93) transmits file contents, including secrets from a.env file, to xAI servers via POST /v1/responses and POST /v1/storage endpoints. The data is accepted with HTTP 200 responses and stored in Google Cloud Storage. A 12 GB repo triggered 73 upload chunks totaling 5.4 GiB.
