Docker Integrates Harbor for Safe Agent Evals

Docker integrates Harbor to run agent evaluations safely within isolated Docker Sandboxes. Teams can now execute up to 64 concurrent workers on CPUs via Cloud Sandboxes or locally. This integration addresses reward hacking by enforcing strict network policies and microVM isolation to prevent agents from tampering with test results or overwriting score files during benchmark runs.
