Resizable BAR (ReBAR) and AMD's Smart Access Memory allow the CPU to access the GPU's entire VRAM at once, replacing 256MB chunk limits. Many PCs still have the feature disabled in firmware, costing up to 10% FPS in supported games. Enabling it requires UEFI settings and GPU software confirmation.
