Jev System One Model Targets Fast AI Decisions

TypeSafe AI launched Jev in September 2026, a System One model that returns a choice from predefined answers with probabilities instead of generating text. In a 400-item PriorBench test it scored 95.9% versus 77.2% for keyword rules, and a separate test measured 0.35 seconds per passage check against 8.83 seconds for Fable 5.1.
