Groundcover Acquires Wand for Kubernetes Optimization

Groundcover Inc. acquired Wand Cloud Ltd., a Kubernetes resource optimization startup, for an undisclosed sum. Wand's founders and staff join groundcover, which has raised $160 million including a $100 million Series C led by One Peak in July. The deal advances groundcover's autonomous infrastructure push, adding live cluster scaling to its observability platform.
