North Korean hackers target workers in crypto phishing scheme

Proofpoint reported a North Korean hacking group called UNK_DeadDrop is running a mass phishing campaign targeting software developers. The attackers send fake job offers or code review requests via email, using self-contained payloads to steal crypto wallet information and tokens. The campaign mirrors Lazarus tactics but relies on email instead of LinkedIn.
