Microsoft is considering shutting down Arkane Studios and canceling its Blade game as part of sweeping Xbox layoffs planned for July 6. The company may also close or sell Compulsion Games, Double Fine, Ninja Theory, and Undead Labs. A memo from CEO Asha Sharma and Matt Booty warned the division is over-extended.
