Tribunal rejects Rockstar's bid to remove blacklisting claims

An employment tribunal ruled against Rockstar Games' request to remove blacklisting claims from a union-busting dispute. The IWGB accused Rockstar of firing 30 union members last October. All union allegations will proceed to trial starting September 10th, running through October 15th.
