Venus Aerospace Raises $90M Series B

Venus Aerospace raised a $90 million Series B round led by Mercury Fund, with participation from Lockheed Martin Ventures and others. The company shifted focus from hypersonic passenger jets to hypersonic weapons and space vehicles after demonstrating its Rotating Detonation Rocket Engine (RDRE) in flight last year. The funding will support testing and development with potential customers.
