India Raises Concerns Over US Russia Sanctions Law

Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri told a US Congressional delegation in Delhi on Sunday that the Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act worries India. The law, signed by President Trump, lets him impose tariffs up to 100 percent on countries buying Russian oil, hitting India directly. The next India-Russia summit will be in Russia.
