A developer released an open-source Claude Code skill that turns a single chess game into a readable post-mortem. It transcribes a player's think-aloud audio with whisper.cpp, matches each remark to the move via PGN clock times, then has Claude interrogate Stockfish and write plain-language explanations. Output includes an annotated PGN, HTML analysis board and narrated video; a full run takes about an hour.
