Microsoft is merging Microsoft 365 Copilot and regular Copilot into one "Microsoft Copilot" app for Windows 11, with web and mobile versions following in weeks and Windows/Mac versions by mid-September. The change removes Podcasts and Deep Research features on Aug. 18 and drops Copilot Group Chats.
