PhysicsX, an AI company for industrials, raised $300m in an oversubscribed Series C round led by Temasek, reaching a $2.4bn valuation. The London-based company plans to expand platform capabilities and develop Large Physics Models. The team has doubled to over 300 people in the last 12 months.
