Announcing Official Puppeteer Support for Firefox

Puppeteer version 23 adds first-class Firefox support, enabling end-to-end testing against both Chrome and Firefox. The implementation uses WebDriver BiDi, a cross-browser protocol undergoing W3C standardization. Users set the product to "firefox" when launching Puppeteer.
