GM's CarPlay breakup spares Cadillac Lyriq

General Motors is phasing out Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, but the 2027 Cadillac Lyriq EV will keep both systems, making it the only GM EV in North America with that support. GM is replacing its Google-based system with Gemini AI by 2026.
