Nvidia's long-awaited N1/N1X SoC specs leak ahead of Computex launch, N1 to feature up to 20 Arm-based cores, standard N1 equipped with 12- and 10-core configs

Nvidia's N1 SoC leaks reveal 12- and 10-core CPU variants with 2,560 and 2,048 CUDA cores respectively. The N1X SoC offers a 20-core version with 6,144 CUDA cores and an 18-core version with 5,120 CUDA cores. The 20-core N1X matches the desktop RTX 5070's CUDA count. Nvidia's N1 and N1X SoCs target high-performance AI and compute workloads. These configurations enable scalable performance for edge and data center deployments.
