Again acquires Geno for AI biomanufacturing

Denmark-based Again acquired Genomatica Inc. to combine biomanufacturing with Geno's AI platform for biomolecules. The combined companies can divert up to 85 million tons of CO2 per year. Terms were not disclosed. Geno licenses processes to Novamont S.p.A. and Qore.
