BYD Thailand Plant Hits 100,000 Vehicles

BYD produced its 100,000th new energy vehicle at its Rayong, Thailand plant about 26 months after operations began. The milestone Atto 3 rolled off the line on September 21. Thai nationals make up 95 percent of the workforce, with roughly half of procurement sourced locally, as the facility serves as an export hub for ASEAN and Europe.
