China Advances Second Batch of Level 3 Approvals

Guo Shougang announced at the 2026 World Intelligent Connected Vehicles Conference that work on the second batch of Level 3 autonomous driving approvals is underway. The first batch granted conditional permits in December 2025 to Changan and BAIC models.
