Tesla driver claims Autopilot active before Texas home crash

A 44-year-old man said his Tesla was on Autopilot when it crashed through a brick wall in Katy, Texas, killing a 76-year-old woman. The vehicle failed to turn right and drove forward at high speed into a home at 8 p.m. Friday in the 21300 block of Rose Hollow Lane.
