The UK Information Commissioner's Office secured data protection changes from ten major AI developers including Amazon, Anthropic, Apple, Cohere, DeepSeek, Google, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI and Stability AI. The regulator named them on Thursday after two years of scrutiny regarding foundation models. Responses to a separate call for evidence on AI agents are due by 20 November.
