Ramp Launches in UK with AI Spend Tools

US expense management startup Ramp has launched in the UK, its first expansion outside North America. The company is promoting its AI token spend platform to attract UK startup clients. Ramp's launch follows its acquisition of Swedish payment infrastructure company Billhop, which provided regulatory payments authorization in the UK and EU.
