Skyfora raises €6.5M for telecom weather network

Finnish weather data company Skyfora raised €6.5 million to accelerate deployment of its atmospheric sensing network powered by telecom infrastructure. The round was led by Ugly Duckling Ventures with participation from Eviny Ventures, LUMO Labs, and the EIC Fund. CEO Fredrik Borgström said the funding scales a global telecom-powered sensing network for AI-driven forecasting.
