Anthropic Claude Services Hit by Partial Outage

Anthropic is investigating elevated error rates across claude.ai, the Claude API, Claude Code and Claude Cowork. Users saw failed requests, conversations that would not load and repeated sign-in prompts. A mitigation cut error rates substantially, but sign-in attempts, account actions and some Claude Code and Cowork sessions still fail while Anthropic works on a full fix.
