SpaceX Lands $30B Google Cloud Deal Ahead of IPO

SpaceX disclosed a nearly $30 billion cloud service agreement with Google through an amendment to its Form S-1. SpaceX will supply Google with 110,000 Nvidia GPUs and associated hardware. Google will pay $920 million per month from October 2026 to June 2029. The deal marks SpaceX's expansion beyond rockets and satellites into AI infrastructure.
