Putting sign language AI into users' hands

Google introduced SL2T, a sign-language-to-text model powering sign-to-text dictation in Gboard and Live Transcribe on Pixel 11, starting with American Sign Language to English. The model trains on over 100,000 hours across 50+ sign languages and sends only pose landmarks to servers for privacy.
