CWA union defends Xbox workers against layoffs

The Communications Workers of America union stated Xbox workers will not be treated as disposable amid looming layoffs. CWA District 9 VP Frank Acre said Microsoft has no shortage of money, citing console price increases and CEO Satya Nadella's $96.5 million compensation. An Xbox spokesperson said the company respects workers' voices and continues negotiating in good faith.
