GCC 17 Merges AVX10V1AUX Support

AMD engineers merged AVX10V1AUX support into the GCC 17 compiler today. The patches add native VNNI INT8 and VNNI INT16 support via the -mavx10v1aux switch, bridging early AVX10 hardware and later AVX10.2 capabilities for developers.
