KPMG and OpenAI bet on headless software

KPMG built an AI-native Supply Chain platform for OpenAI, then became an OpenAI Elite Partner. The firms now sell a "headless" model where employees talk to AI agents instead of clicking through software. KPMG argues the future of work involves more talking and less typing.
