Ousaban Trojan Targets Iberian Bank Users

Fortinet's FortiGuard Labs identified the Ousaban banking trojan in May 2026 targeting Windows users in Spain and Portugal. The malware uses phishing PDFs disguised as corrupted files, hides its payload in an image, and monitors for over two dozen banks including Santander, BBVA, and CaixaBank to steal logins and hijack accounts.
