Framework replaces bricked Laptop 13 mainboards

Framework is replacing affected Laptop 13 7040-series mainboards after BIOS version 3.20 bricked some units on Windows and Linux. Out-of-warranty replacements are exceptions when a stable-release update caused the failure. Crisis Recovery Mode BIOS functionality is coming to Laptop 12, 13, and 16 before year's end.
