Community Banks Should Embrace Stablecoins

Community banks with less than $10 billion in assets hold roughly $2.5 trillion, a total that has changed little over three decades. Data shows no statistically significant relationship between stablecoin growth and community bank deposit outflows, with deposits growing 26% between June 2019 and March 2026.
