A lawsuit filed July 31 in Albany County Supreme Court claims Micron's $100 billion New York chip fab could discharge "forever chemicals" into the Oneida River. Neighbors for a Better Micron and Jobs to Move America filed the Article 78 petition against New York's DEC, Onondaga County, and Micron.
