Nagoshi Studio Shuts Down After Funding Pull

Nagoshi Studio, founded by Toshihiro Nagoshi, officially closed on October 31 after backer NetEase pulled funding. The studio needed more than $44 million to finish its game Gang of Dragon, which was set to launch in December 2025. Assets are now being liquidated while the Steam page remains live.
