China imposed cash deposits up to 99.2% on Japanese dichlorosilane imports, a chip fab gas. Shin-Etsu Chemical and other exporters draw 99.2%; Denal Silane draws 80.8%. The provisional measure follows a petition by Tangshan Sunfar Electronic Materials.
