Amazon is ready to launch its Leo satellite broadband service

A United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket deployed twenty-nine Amazon satellites to support its Leo broadband network. The fleet now totals over three hundred ninety operational units, which Chris Webber states is enough for initial latitude coverage. Future missions will use ULA Vulcans carrying more than forty satellites or Blue Origin New Glenn vehicles launching up to forty-eight payloads.
