GitHub HydraFusion Builds Per-Task Model Workflows

GitHub released Project HydraFusion, a research preview that builds an execution plan per coding task instead of routing to a single model. It can draft with one model, critique with another, or escalate to a stronger model when quality gates fail. Available to all GitHub Copilot plan users.
