Worker engagement hits decade low, managers blamed

Only about 30% of U.S. employees are engaged at work, the lowest level in over a decade according to Gallup. Data from 88 million employees shows managers are the core problem. The gap between how bosses see themselves and how workers experience them drives disengagement.
