SQLite should have editions

SQLite's defaults cause data integrity issues. Foreign key constraints are off by default, allowing dangling references. Columns accept wrong data types unless strict tables are used. No global pragma enables strict mode. Write locks immediately return SQLITE_BUSY instead of waiting.
