Cubos acquires TotalEnergies' German B2B charging business

Cubos is taking over TotalEnergies' fleet charging business in Germany, adding around 6,000 charging points. This is Cubos' third acquisition in six months, following Swarco and ChargeOne. The deal expands Cubos' total charging points in Germany to about 15,000, positioning it among the country's leading charge point operators.
