Qualcomm signs Meta as first Dragonfly chip customer

Qualcomm signed Meta as the first named customer for its Dragonfly C1000 data centre processor, due in 2028. The company also confirmed a $3.9 billion stock acquisition of AI software startup Modular and announced a new AI300 accelerator chip at its investor day in New York.
