Lyft and Baidu test robotaxis in London

Baidu began testing autonomous vehicles in London through a partnership with Lyft and Freenow. Testing started Tuesday with human safety operators in the borough of Brent. Public robotaxi rides are expected in 2027, pending regulatory approval.
