The FTC sued Genesis Tech, alleging it defrauded consumers through a network of shell companies incorporated in Cyprus and operating in Ukraine. The network's fitness, PDF, fashion, horoscope, and productivity apps generated nearly $700 million in PayPal transactions in the year ending September 2025.
