Yangtze Memory Wins Injunction Against Micron in Germany

Munich Regional Court I ruled that Micron infringed two German utility models held by Yangtze Memory Technologies and issued injunctions covering sales of related infringing products in Germany. It is Yangtze Memory's first substantive injunction victory since its global patent dispute with Micron escalated in November 2023. Micron disagrees, has appealed and is challenging the rights' validity.
