Tesla claims driver 'manually overrode self-driving' in deadly Texas crash

Tesla AI head Ashok Elluswamy stated on X that the driver manually overrode Full Self-Driving by pressing the accelerator to 100% in a residential area. The Model 3 reached 73 mph before crashing into a Katy, Texas home, killing a 76-year-old woman. The driver had the accelerator pressed even after the crash.
