Lockly has launched the Lyro Lasta, a $169 smart lock designed for vacation rentals and short-term stays. It features a fingerprint sensor, RFID tags, a touchscreen keypad, and an extra-large battery case rated for up to three years. The lock includes a new TapCom communication platform for owners and guests, but requires manual deadbolt turning after unlocking.
