
Ukraine can now access the EU Cybersecurity Reserve for large-scale cyberattacks after the Council of the EU approved its inclusion on 15 June. Managed by ENISA, the Reserve pools incident-response services from private providers. The move adds surge capacity for Ukraine and strengthens shared EU cyber defense.
